Randy,
I just watched your interview with Wayne and had to let you know it is one of the best interviews regarding the history of the sport I have seen. Having been a racer and strip manager both, I have a lot of great memories and this brought a lot of them back. Over the early years a lot of the “name” drivers learned to drive at the Pond and a lot of new machinery was introduced there. Also, a lot of the ‘north of the Grapevine’ racers hit Long Beach or Irwindale or OCIR Saturday night and stopped at the Pond Sunday on their way home so Wayne’s interview also brought back a lot of memories of those guys as well.
Thank you for a great job,

Thank you Harry. I had a blast talking with Wayne. I always have a blast talking to guys who raced in the Golden Era. Thanks for being here.
